We spend time before we create a development plan, researching your industry, competitors and customers to determine what features should be included and how the website should be structured to make it as effective as possible.

We also look at what your target audience is so that when we start the design of the site, we have your customer in mind, ensuring that the site appeals to them, making their experience more enjoyable and the site more effective for you.

Development Plan

Once all research has been carried out, we produce a development plan. This allows all parties to see how the website will be produced and will highlight the responsibilities for all involved.

Once the website has been produced, this document is a good mark against which to evaluate the site.
